With more than a decade in the home improvement industry, David Ponce brings deep knowledge of remodeling from the inside out. From managing contractors to balancing costs and timelines, his focus is on clear communication, skilled oversight, and quality craftsmanship delivered at a fair price.

Dawn Ponce, a graduate of FIDM Los Angeles with a background in Visual Marketing and Design, brings creative vision to the partnership. With a natural gift for styling, merchandising, and transforming spaces, she ensures every project feels warm, inviting, and elevated.

Their journey began more than ten years ago, when David and Dawn remodeled and flipped their first home—using that equity to build the foundation for their own dream home. That experience sparked a passion to help others achieve the same: whether transforming a forever home or preparing a property to sell at top value.

Guided by their faith, David and Dawn approach every project with honesty, integrity, and purpose. They believe each home should reflect the people who live there, meet everyday needs, and bring joy each time someone walks through the door.
