Do you only work on large remodels?

No. We handle projects of all sizes—from full kitchens and bathrooms to accent walls, flooring, and other updates.

Do you do the design work or just manage the project?

Both. We help you make design decisions, create vision boards, and source products. We also oversee contractors and vendors to make sure the design is executed as planned.

How do you charge for your services?

We typically charge a design and project oversight fee based on a percentage of the project. Materials we source may include a modest markup to cover procurement and logistics.

Do you have your own contractors?

Yes. We work with a network of vetted contractors and installers. You’re also welcome to use your own contractors—our role is to guide and oversee the process either way.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. A bathroom may take 2–4 weeks, while a full kitchen remodel could take 4–6 weeks or longer. We’ll provide realistic timelines before the project begins.
