The Final Edit
This apartment was designed with one thing in mind: clean luxury with masculine edge.
The foundation of the space starts with 20×20 natural travertine flooring, chosen for its strength, texture, and timeless. appeal. Solid, grounded, and understated the travertine sets the tone the moment you walk in. That same stone continues up the fireplace, turning it into a bold architectural feature rather than just a backdrop.
The kitchen leans into contrast and confidence.
The black painted cabinets bring depth and masculinity to the space, creating a strong visual anchor. They’re paired with Venetian Gold granite countertops, adding warmth and subtle movement without overpowering the room. The result is a kitchen that feels sleek, intentional, and effortlessly refined perfect for both everyday living and entertaining.
Throughout the apartment, two-tone paint was used to define each area while keeping the layout open and cohesive. Soft neutrals balance the darker elements, allowing light to move naturally through the space while maintaining a calm, composed atmosphere.
Finishing touches matter — and they show.
Decorative 4¼-inch baseboards add a tailored look, giving each room a polished edge. They frame the space the way a well cut suit finishes a look subtle, structured, and confident.
This is a bachelor’s home done right.
Not flashy.
Not overdesigned.
Just strong materials, clean lines, and thoughtful details.
A space that feels masculine, modern, and timeless designed for a man who values quality, simplicity, and quiet luxury.
